Libeara is a Singapore-based tokenization platform backed by SC Ventures, the innovation and ventures arm of Standard Chartered Bank. The company focuses on bringing real-world assets (RWAs) onto public blockchains, making them accessible to a broader range of investors. Libeara launched the world's first tokenized gold fund in partnership with HSBC Asset Management and the first tokenized Singapore government bond fund. The platform leverages blockchain technology to increase liquidity, transparency, and accessibility for traditionally illiquid asset classes. Libeara operates under the regulatory oversight of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and has participated in MAS's Project Guardian, a collaborative initiative exploring asset tokenization.
