Polymath Research Inc.
Polymath Research Inc. (founded 2017, Toronto, Canada) pioneered the security token industry, originally launching ERC-1400 and ST-20 token standards on Ethereum before building Polymesh — a dedicated Layer-1 blockchain launched October 2021 specifically for regulated financial assets. In June 2025, Polymath completed the acquisition of Polymesh Labs Ltd. (formerly the Polymesh Association, a Swiss not-for-profit), bringing Polymesh blockchain oversight, POLYX tokens, TokenStudio, Polymesh Portal, and Polymesh Wallet fully under one corporate roof. Polymesh Labs Ltd. operates as a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. Polymath is pursuing a reverse takeover with AnalytixInsight Inc. (TSXV: ALY) — post-transaction, the company will be renamed "Polymath Network Inc." and publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, making it one of the first publicly traded companies owning a Layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for regulated assets. The product suite includes: Polymath Capital Platform (end-to-end white-label SaaS for tokenization, investor onboarding, compliance, fundraising, with Stripe integration); TokenStudio (self-service dApp for Polymesh token issuance); and the Polymesh blockchain. Revenue is transitioning from POLYX staking to a SaaS licensing model. Key partnerships include tZERO (FINRA-regulated broker-dealer and ATS, strategic partner and node operator, December 2025), REtokens (tokenized real estate), North Capital (accredited investor verification), CycleX/WhaleFlow, Tokenise, Saxon Advisors, and Oasis Pro Markets.
To simplify the legal process of creating and managing security tokens, making it easier for companies to raise capital through tokenized securities.
