Zoniqx Inc. (founded 2019, Menlo Park, California) is a blockchain and AI-based tokenization infrastructure company operating as a Tokenization Platform as a Service (TPaaS) provider. Formerly known as Tassets Inc., the company rebranded to Zoniqx in 2024. Co-founded by Prasanth Kalangi (CEO) and Sanjeev Birari (CBO), Zoniqx was built on a single architectural thesis: compliance should be embedded into the token itself, not added as a layer above it. The result is DyCIST (Dynamic Compliant Interoperable Security Token), a proprietary protocol built on the ERC-7518 token standard that programs KYC/AML rules, jurisdictional transfer restrictions, investor eligibility criteria, and audit trail requirements directly into each tokenized security — enforcing them automatically regardless of which blockchain the token is on or where it is transferred. Zoniqx's core product is the TALM (Tokenized Asset Lifecycle Management) platform: an end-to-end solution managing issuance, compliance, distribution, secondary trading, and lifecycle events for digital securities. The platform is delivered as white-label TPaaS for enterprises, banks, asset managers, and fintechs, deployable across public, private, and hybrid blockchain environments via a single API integration with production readiness achievable in weeks. Supported chains include Hedera, XRP Ledger (via Ripple partnership), Ethereum and all EVM-compatible chains (Base, Polygon, etc.), and Midnight (Cardano's privacy layer — first integration of compliant RWA on Midnight, announced City Week 2026). Cross-chain messaging is handled via Chainlink CCIP and Proof of Reserve, both integrated into TALM and DyCIST. The platform also includes AI tools: EvoSmart (smart contract intelligence), CompliTO (compliance automation), RWA GPT (AI-assisted tokenization workflows), and SmartAudit (automated audit trail). Distribution infrastructure is provided via RWA Connect / SecureConnect, linking issuers to alternative trading systems, hedge funds, and family offices across 20+ intermediaries globally.
